Welcome to Warmer Homes, Greener District Warmer Homes, Greener District, is an energy efficiency initiative from Lichfield District Council which aims to help homeowners across the district to spend less on their fuel bills by making their homes more energy efficient.  The scheme is offering grants to households that meet relevant criteria, to install these measures completely free of charge.
